We offers children the opportunity to express themselves through art and movement.
I start the class through playful breathing exercises to promote focus, awareness, and a sense of calm. During the yoga component of the class, children explore fun poses, stretches, games, and mindful activities. Kids enjoy meditating so classes always end with some stillness and a song or chant. I teach simple tools that learnt at a young age, will empower the child to manage and improve their own powers of focus , concentration and awareness
Following yoga, the children create a work of art based Storybooks , Children learn about elements of art such as line, composition, form, and color encouraging environment.
Projects involve various media such as painting, collage, and drawing.
Yoga help relieves mental and physical fatigue. Boosts energy levels and provides deep relaxation, Helps overcome negative emotions like jealousy, fear and anger.
Fosters a positive self image and increases confidence and the most important thing Reduces obsession with TV and other electronic devices
